Administrative Clerk
Work location:2 people Recruiting Numbers:1. Provide business reception services to visiting guests in accordance with the companys reception procedures and regulations, using norms and standards of business etiquette;
2. Manage the conference room well, prepare well before the meeting, reset equipment after the meeting, and other related work;
3. Register the purchase, distribution, and inbound/outbound ledger of office equipment and supplies for each department of the company on time;
4. Answer and respond to incoming calls, promptly record any issues raised during calls, and regularly summarize and provide feedback;
5. Write monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans and various summary reports in accordance with the companys strategic goals;
6. The draft of company resolutions shall be communicated and announced to relevant departments and personnel after approval by the company, and the implementation status shall be summarized and reported;
7. Collaborate with senior management of the enterprise to attend various business activities and meetings, and prepare minutes and meeting affairs;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualification:
1. Administrative or secretarial related majors are preferred;
2. Having at least one year of relevant work experience, quick thinking, and good image and temperament are preferred;
3. Proficient in operating office software and electronic file management systems is preferred;
4. Extremely strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and serious work, and rigorous work;
